Shipping and Returns
All candles are made to order, and generally take about 10 days to complete.
Shipped orders are sent priority with tracking and insurance. As soon as your order ships, you will receive confirmation.
If you choose pick up, you will receive a pick up ready email as soon as your order is all set. Address and instructions will be sent once you reply to that email with a preferred pick up date/time. You will be emailed ONE time to pick up your order. After that, your candles will be waiting for you. Exchanges/refunds are not accepted for forgotten pick up orders under any circumstances.
Returns/exchanges are accepted if you contact us within 1 week of receiving your order. (Does not apply to forgotton pick up orders.) Original item must be returned. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless item arrives broken.
In these cases, we request photos so that a claim may be placed with USPS.
